Military: includes all active, reservist, veteran and retired military personnel. First Responders includes firefighters, law enforcement, search and rescue, Canadian Cost Guard, EMT’s, medical doctors, Psychotherapists and licensed nurses. Spouses of service members who are no longer with us are also eligible for this promotion.
